Hello everybody !
I am looking for a way to show a random encyclopedia term on my news page.
Does any such block exist ?

Not that I know of. But you can "simulate" it through use of the Random Quotes block. Just write your encyclopedia terms as a "fortune" file and then let Random_Quotes display a random "fortune" each time. 
The Random_Quotes block takes its quotes from a "fortune" file of your choice ("fortune" is a humourous quotes program commonly available on most UNIX/Linux/BSD distributions). It should be easy to construct a fortune file with the content of your choice, then let block-Random_Quotes display it.

The main page seems to give errors whenever I visit it. With an old Netscape 4.80, I had to disable JavaScript, or I would get the error:

The random quote block seems like a good add-on but the web site for the download is no longer available. Is there anywhere else I might find it?
