view left side blocks on all pages

Hi, i have searched for this but cant see exactly what i need.
I am using latest version php nuke 8.1.23?,
I am trying to edit my theme so that i can view the left blocks on all pages as the right ones do.
I believe what i need to edit is in theme.php ??
